Cream Top Bakery is located in Laramie, Wyoming. Currently the bakery is opperated, under the Wyoming Food Freedom Act, out of the home of Pastry Chef and Owner of Cream Top Bakery, Keefe Fillerup.
About Keefe

Keefe is a professionally trained pastry chef with over 35 years of baking experience, a baking and pastry associates degree and bachelors in business degree from Johnson and Wales University, Charlotte. He was the Executive Pastry Chef at the University of Wyoming 2017-2023 and has been working as a sales executive for Shamrock Foods for the past 2 years. With a life long goal of opening a bakery of his own, he is moving in that direction by starting Cream Top Bakery out of his home. While the bakery is not certified, labeled, licensed, regulated, inspected by the state of Wyoming, Keefe is keen on maintaining high standards in his kitchen in every respect. Keefe’s bakes are beautiful and, as many of his customers have noted, “taste even better than they look!” Keefe would be happy to make something for your next special occasion!
